- Mr. Lian has participated in over 10 transactions across the spectrum of initial public offerings and M&A in the renewable energy, industrials, and metals & mining sectors.
- Mr. Lian holds an MSc in Finance From the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Economics from Peking University.
